Supply Approach

Coordinating multi-category BOMs for infrastructure sites

When one requirement list spans cables, terminations and panels, what matters is a single quotation and one delivery schedule. A note on how we run it.

An infrastructure requirement rarely arrives as a single line item. A typical list mixes LT or HT cable, terminations and joints, earthing material and a panel or two — each with its own specification, manufacturer options and delivery pressure. Handled separately, that becomes five vendors and five follow-ups for the site team.

How we run a multi-category requirement

  • One review of the full list — ratings, quantities, site schedule and any spec sheets or single-line diagrams that come with it.
  • One consolidated quotation, with manufacturer options stated line by line rather than a lump sum.
  • One delivery plan — dispatches sequenced so material lands when the site team can actually take it.

If you are working from a BOQ or tender annexure, send it as-is. We will structure the response against your line numbers so comparison and approval stay simple.
